 Silence Killing in the World shows a lot because people are scared to explain themselves to one another reason for that is that sometimes humans feel like even if they share sometimes nothing gets done. 

For example, if you are in a workplace or playing sports and someone is being racist to you. That might make you feel disrespected and conflicts come into play because in many places you try to speak up and nothing really gets done. After all, people might not seem to care. Which will end up with more conflicts and more things happening because the situation wasn't dealt with.

In any activity that happens in your daily life, there has to be a plan on what approach to take if matters like racism, assaults, etc. Having a plan if this ever occurs helps the environment become a better and safer place to be at which will help people to understand to try making the people around them better as well.
